Office Tour
An avid fan of architecture, Dr. Chen designed and constructed his new office in 2008 with Bern Siew of Tentacorp Construction. The design and construction of the surgery suite took eight months and was completed in the winter of 2008. The state-of-the-art surgery center is equipped with a hospital-sized operating room for larger maxillofacial trauma/reconstructive surgeries, in addition to four smaller, individual operatories for general oral surgical procedures (wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants, bone grafts and sinus augmentations). The office is equipped with our very own facial CAT scan machine which precisely produces images of anatomic structures in three dimensional views so as to insure the most precise surgery on our patients. The state-certified operating room is staffed with an anesthesiologist and two nursing staff members. The entire facility is equipped for medical emergencies to the same capacity as an ambulatory hospital center.
